Management and Leadership
The growing interdependence of the modern world has one universal consequence: that business environments are progressively more and more uncertain. If your managers do not learn to make sense of this complexity then they will be at odds navigating their teams successfully towards their mission goals.
Managers confront environments with rapid technological developments where they need to interpret vast amounts of data and coordinate teams made of people with different cultural backgrounds, among other pressures.
In order to be effective, they need to hone a host of skills, including adaptability, empathy, creative thinking for problem solving, persuasion, handling group dynamics and building strong relationships.
