Mariano Casanova,

Mariano has been providing workshops on leadership skills, stress management, crisis and change, public speaking with and without audiovisual support and Image Perception for educators since 2002.
Mariano earned an academic degree of Licentiate in Psychology and later Professional Qualifications as Psychologist from Universidad Central de Chile after presenting his research thesis: Architectonic Elements Of Audiovisual Media Of Persuasive Effects On Perceivers. He later trained as a clinical psychologist at the same university and currently provides psychotherapy in the State of New York with a Mental Health Counselor license.
He also graduated with a MA in Film Production/Direction from the University of London, engaging in research on perception and cognition for audiovisual media. He has worked extensively with actors and has been an actor and model himself for countless TV shows and advertisement films, many of which have won international awards.
Mariano organized the program on Image Perception for the School of Communications at DUOC-UC, college of the Catholic University Of Chile where he taught for several years, being consistently ranked among the top three professors by the Academic Staff Evaluation Committee. Image Perception is an area of Psychology Science that deals with learning and cognition that describes core concepts of Radical Constructivism and the Biological Theory of Knowledge with a Phenomenological language. It sounds nerdy but it's actually quite fun.
